Alaina Davis, DPT, Owner

Alaina holds a Bachelor of Science in Music and Psychology from Central Michigan University. She continued her education at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN graduating with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. Since graduating, Alaina has held a variety of physical therapy positions in Ann Arbor, Madison, and now Janesville. She has worked in clinical settings that include outpatient sports and neurological rehabilitation, inpatient physical therapy care, emergency department physical therapy services and now home health. 

While working for the University of Michigan, Alaina helped to establish MPerform, a clinical program designed to evaluate and treat the needs of performing and visual artists, including vocalists, instrumentalists, dancers, gymnasts and figure skaters. While working for Meriter Hospital in Madison Wisconsin, Alaina worked to establish a full time physical therapist position in the Emergency Room to treat non-urgent musculoskeletal injuries and provide recommendations to ER physicians for discharge planning. She was also a member of the Prenatal/Postpartum treatment team and the Total Joint Replacement treatment team. Alaina is also a Level II Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association and enjoys working with both PT and PTA students in their clinical rotations. 

Alaina and her husband, Mike, live with their two young boys, EJ and Beau, in Janesville. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Janesville Performing Arts Center and is a strong supporter of both HealthNet of Rock County and Kandu Industries. She enjoys all of the recreational offerings in Wisconsin including hiking, boating and paddleboarding. Their family is members of the Ironside Fitness community and she has been active in CrossFit since 2013.
